Linda Reddy: South Africa’s Remarkable Global Supply Chain Executive.

Meet – Linda Reddy, a remarkable Global Supply Chain Executive at Nando’s Group Limited based in London, England, UK.

She leads a professional and diverse team of 160 people reaching 27 countries, managing all aspects of procurement, logistics, and development of fresh and ambient branded products for over 1500 restaurants and retailers worldwide.

Being an overseer, their company-owned sauce manufacturing facility and 1000x chili farms in South Africa, producing IP products from locally sourced ingredients. She has been recognized as the Supply Chain Executive of the Year for her achievements in this role.

Linda Reddy is passionate about expanding small businesses. She supports sustainable, fair, and ethical sourcing and trading, and growing smallholder farming in Southern Africa. She has over 20 years of leadership experience in global supply chain management and innovation.

Her position as a board member and advisor for the Global Fund, a $4 billion. The fund delivers HIV, TB, and malaria medical supplies to 100 countries in need.

In addition, Linda Reddy is a purposeful procurement activist and motivational speaker that encourages and empowers communities and women to follow their aspirations.

She believes in doing things with purpose, passion, and impact, and she is always looking for new ways to create value and make a difference.

On the 18th of July 2021, Linda conquered Mount Kilimanjaro under #Trek4Mandela2021 to raise funds for Caring4Girls – a Mandela Day initiative which aims at giving sanitary hygiene, support and education to indigent girls.

Linda Reddy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Africa (Unisa), an AMP (Advanced Management Program) from Harvard Business School, a IEDP (International Executive Development Program) from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits), a Bachelor of Business Commerce and a Higher National Diploma in Purchasing & Supply Chain from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN).
