Maanda Elizabeth Sianga is an award-winning Agronomist, Farmer and Founder of Agro Queens, a mixed farming enterprise of aquaculture, livestock, crops and fresh vegetables.
She is an agribusiness consultant with vast experience in horticulture and aquaculture.
She runs an agribusiness training program called Extraordinary Agroprenuer that has trained over 4,000 people on farming as a business worldwide.
The Young Farmer Maanda as she is popularly known is a Master of Science in Agribusiness scholar and holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture from Mulungushi University, Zambia.
She is passionate about seeing people get the relevant and correct information to manage and run their farming businesses effectively.
In 2022, she was the recipient of the Environment Award at the Anakazi Banking Recognition Awards.
“I grew up at a farm, but when I was in high school, my main interest was actually to study Medicine. Then we went for a school trip at Zambeef; and that changed my whole perception of agriculture.
